Firmware for sensors, controllers and connected products

Pazhong develops firmware and device software for ESP32, Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects. We connect the code to the real hardware: sensors, motors, displays, communications and the conditions the device will face in use.

New firmware or an existing project

For a new device, start with the board, component list and expected behaviour. For an existing build, send the source code you can share, the wiring or schematic, and a description of the fault. A short video or log showing the problem can make the initial discussion more useful.

Hardware integration

Our work includes C/C++ and MicroPython, sensor and display drivers, motor control, connectivity and battery-operated designs. Platform selection depends on timing, memory, power and interface requirements. A Raspberry Pi application and a microcontroller firmware project have different operating constraints.

Testing around real failure conditions

The scope should define what happens after a power interruption, disconnected sensor or lost network. We agree the checks required for the device and document the handover. Update mechanisms and secure boot can be discussed where the chosen platform supports them.

Examples from the workshop

The portfolio includes an Arduino-controlled, 3D-printed robotic arm and an Arduino Nano proximity-alert circuit using four ultrasonic sensors. These examples show hardware and firmware working together. Review the project descriptions before sending a brief for a similar build.

What to include in your enquiry

  • Board model and component part numbers
  • Schematic, wiring diagram or existing code
  • Expected behaviour and any error logs
  • Required interfaces, timing and power constraints

Email info@pazhongautomation.com. Pricing and timing are agreed after reviewing the scope.
