Industrial IoT and machine monitoring

We build industrial IoT systems that stream live data from machines, generators, tanks and cold rooms to a dashboard, raise alerts before small problems become breakdowns, and let you switch equipment remotely. Most projects retrofit equipment you already own, so you get visibility without replacing your machines.

What we monitor

  • Machine run status, run hours and stoppages
  • Energy and power consumption per machine or line
  • Generators: running state, run hours and fuel level
  • Tank and fuel levels
  • Temperature and humidity in cold rooms, stores and production areas
  • Vibration and other condition signals for maintenance
  • Solar system output

Real-time data streaming

Our devices publish readings over MQTT or HTTP as they change, not once a day. A server stores the stream, dashboards update live and rules turn readings into alerts by phone, email or WhatsApp: a machine stopped, a cold room warming, a tank about to run dry. Data can be exported to Excel or passed to your own systems through an API.

Capturing a live stream reliably is a skill we use outside hardware too. Our live data extraction project watches a source around the clock and writes every new record into a structured spreadsheet in real time.

Data loggers and temperature monitoring

Cold storage, cold chain and production areas often need a temperature record as well as an alarm. Our data loggers sample at the interval you set, keep readings in memory when the network is down and upload them when it returns, so audits see a complete history. Out-of-range readings trigger an alert straight away.

Retrofitting the machines you already have

Older machines rarely have a network port, but they almost always have signals we can read: relay contacts, motor current, pulse outputs from meters, and indicator lamps. Where a controller exposes a data interface such as Modbus, we can read it directly. A small monitoring unit in the panel turns those signals into live data without changing how the machine runs.

Remote control and automation

Monitoring often leads to control. Our GSM relay control board switches up to 16 loads at 10 A per channel over the mobile network, and similar controllers run pumps, fans and lights on schedules or rules. Remote control is added alongside local switches and your existing safety interlocks, never instead of them.

From one machine to the whole site

We usually start with a pilot on one machine, line or cold room so you can see the data and decide what matters. After that, more units can be added to the same dashboard, with user roles for operators and managers and over-the-air firmware updates so devices in the field stay current.

/ FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace our machines?

No. Most projects retrofit existing machines by reading signals already present in the control panel.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Devices keep measuring and store readings locally, then upload them when the connection returns. Local alarms keep working without the internet.

Can the data go into our existing software?

Yes. Data can be exported to Excel or delivered to your systems through an API.

Can you monitor generators and fuel?

Yes. We can report generator running state, run hours and fuel level, with alerts for low fuel or unexpected stops.

What to include in your enquiry

  • Equipment to monitor, with makes and models
  • What should trigger an alert, and who should receive it
  • Power, network and panel access at the site
  • Number of machines or sites, and your budget range
