PCB design and electronics design services

We design custom circuit boards for connected devices and controllers, then assemble and test the prototypes in our Lahore workshop. Because the same team writes the firmware and prints the enclosure, every board is designed around how the finished product will actually be used and housed.

What our PCB design service includes

  • Requirements and feasibility review
  • Schematic design and component selection, with attention to part availability
  • PCB layout sized for the enclosure, connectors and mounting points
  • Power stages such as buck-converter regulation and relay driving
  • Fabrication files and bill of materials for manufacture
  • Prototype assembly, soldering and bring-up testing with firmware
  • Documentation for handover

Electronic product design, not just a board

A circuit board is one part of a product. Connectors have to line up with the housing, antennas need room to work, and the firmware has to match the pins and power budget. We design the board, firmware and 3D-printed enclosure together, so the first assembled prototype fits and runs rather than needing a second round to fix mismatches.

Boards we design

Our work covers microcontroller boards built around ESP32 and Arduino-compatible chips, sensor interface boards, GSM controllers and power switching. The GSM relay control board in our portfolio pairs a main controller with a SIM800L modem, a buck-converter power stage and screw terminals with a 16-channel relay board rated at 10 A per channel, so pumps and machinery can be switched over the mobile network.

From proven circuit to PCB

Not every idea should start as a custom board. When a circuit is unproven we often build it first on perfboard or with development modules, as we did for our ultrasonic proximity alert system, documenting the wiring along the way. Once the behaviour is right, the circuit moves to a PCB that is smaller, more reliable and repeatable.

Fabrication, assembly and small runs

Bare boards are made by a PCB manufacturer from the fabrication files. Prototype assembly, soldering and testing happen in our workshop, where we check each board against the firmware before it ships. We handle one-off builds and small production runs, and can prepare files for your own manufacturer if you prefer.

Changing an existing design

If you already have a board that needs a revision, a cost reduction or a replacement for an obsolete part, send the schematic and layout files you have. If files are missing, clear photos of both sides of the board are a useful starting point for a conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Can you modify an existing PCB design?

Yes. Send the schematic and layout files, or photos of the board if the files are missing, along with what needs to change.

Do you also write the firmware for the board?

Yes. Firmware for ESP32, Arduino and Raspberry Pi is a core part of our work, and designing both together avoids pin and power mismatches.

Can you design the enclosure as well?

Yes. Enclosures are modelled alongside the board and printed at Printonio, our 3D printing studio in Lahore.

Will I receive the design files?

The handover, including fabrication files, bill of materials and documentation, is agreed in the scope before work starts.

What to include in your enquiry

  • What the board must do, as a description or block diagram
  • Inputs, outputs, connectors and power source
  • Size limits and enclosure requirements
  • Quantity, destination country and any existing schematic
